The Equity Audit Window (EAW) is a synthesis of the dimensions of culturally responsive pedagogy (institutional, instructional, personal) and the degrees of implementation within implementation science (policy, process, performance). It reveals measurable indicators for organizations to map their equity journey.

The EAW is designed to be a practical tool for practitioners to analyze what an institution is already doing, what it is not yet doing, and recommends comprehensive pathways forward. The tool can be used for introduction dialogue on equity in our educational institutions or as a multi-year equity implementation process.
