Job Description:

Our goal is to connect with the Spanish-speaking communities throughout Lewis County. The Bilingual Community Health Advocate will support and enhance outreach efforts for COVID-19 vaccines including addressing questions, concerns, misinformation, lies, and myths that are fueling vaccination hesitancy and resistance in our region. In addition, the Bilingual Community Advocate will identify, equip, deploy, and support volunteer community influencers and trusted messengers to champion COVID-19 prevention.

Responsibilities:

• Write Biweekly Reports

• Organize and promote vaccine outreach events

• Conduct monthly focus groups

• Collaborate on podcast development and interviews

• Meet with clients to process financial assistance paperwork

Salary: $3,500 monthly

Start Date: Monday, November 29, 2021
